What GRM delivers
GRM combines hands-on interior construction with practical project coordination. That means fewer handoffs, clearer ownership, and faster answers when existing conditions change the plan.
Built for renovation reality
Existing conditions rarely behave exactly like the plan set. GRM brings field judgment and office follow-through together so questions are surfaced, documented, and resolved before they become expensive delays.
Review the work, separate assumptions from known conditions, and identify coordination points before mobilization.
Coordinate people, materials, access, and sequencing while communicating changes as they happen.
Drive punch, corrections, documentation, and turnover until the scope is truly closed.
Our story · Family-operated
GRM began with Jaime and Grant betting on themselves—and putting in the work to build a commercial contracting company from the ground up.
Our experience comes from being directly involved: planning projects, solving problems, hanging drywall, laying tile, and understanding what it takes to move a renovation forward.
Today, GRM remains family-operated. Jaime leads project planning and business operations, while Grant leads field operations. Together, we bring hands-on knowledge and direct owner involvement to the projects we take on.
This company carries our names, our effort, and our reputation. We take that personally.
